Office Policies

Appointment Cancellation / No-Shows
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Should you miss an appointment, show up too late to be seen, or cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be assessed the FULL FEE of your session.
If you have three late cancellations or no-shows within a three-month time period, you will not be able to schedule an appointment for three months.

Class/Group Cancellation / No-Shows
If you are unable to attend a class or group for which you have registered, we require 72 hours notice to cancel. If you do not attend the class without notifying the teacher or cancel your attendance within 72 hours, your class fee will not be refunded.

Alcohol and Drug Use
Please honor and respect your growth process, as well as the process of others, by refraining from any and all use of alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of your session. Should you share that you have used, or should the clinician suspect that you have used alcohol or drugs, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged the FULL FEE of your session.
Practitioners are to use their best judgment in regards to this policy, and therefore the policy and decisions made on behalf of this policy are based on zero tolerance and are non-negotiable.

Inclement Weather
With New England's winter weather likely to disrupt travel, we ask that individual clients to use their best judgment in deciding if they feel safe enough to get to our office. If you need to cancel your appointment due to safety concerns, you will not be charged our late cancellation fee. Please contact your practitioner directly either by phone, email or text.
In the event that we at Clear and Now close for the day due to poor weather and you have a session or group on that day, you will be contacted by us.

If you have any questions about these policies, please email us.
